Products ordered online with Spotlight can be returned in-store. You will need your online tax invoice (email receipt) as proof of purchase. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable.

We understand that it is not always convenient to return your order in-store. Spotlight now offers an easy contact-free returns solution through Singapore Post. Follow the steps below to ensure your purchase is successfully returned:
1. Get a returns label from Spotlight
Contact our friendly Customer Care team to register your return and obtain a returns label for the parcel.
2. Drop parcel off at a Singapore Post POPStation locker
Find your nearest POPStation location, scan the barcode on the returns label and drop your parcel off contact-free by following the prompts on the POPStation locker.
3. Allow time for your return to reach us
We will assess the return once it is received back at store and process your exchange or refund.
Please note, we will only charge the total amount in your cart. Your bank may apply fees or exchange rates on your transaction. Please check with your bank, prior to making a purchase, to understand any extra costs.
Refunds will be provided by us for the amount that we have charged you. Your bank may apply fees or exchange rates to your refund.
